Since these are online sessions, can you join from anywhere in the world?

Yes. As long as you have a good internet connection, and you can speak English, you may join. If you’re doing the Quit Smoking clinic, you must also be signed up on Zoom.

Will hypnosis destroy my willpower and turn me into a zombie?

No. The misperception that hypnotherapy will weaken your will and make you vulnerable to all manner of theft or coercion is utterly false. The fear is based on mistaking stage hypnosis or Hollywood stereotypes for reality. Hypnotherapy is curative and seeks to overcome the negative feedback loops that keep harmful, destructive behaviors going.

How many sessions will it take to cure my negative behavior (phobias, addictions, compulsions, etc.)?

There are no one-size-fits-all answers to such a broad question. Factors to consider: how long has the problem state persisted? Are you truly committed to changing your negative behavior? Are you ready to trust the hypnotherapy process? Do you have a physical addiction that must be overcome in conjunction with the negative feedback loops that reinforce the addiction in your mind?

Is confidentiality guaranteed? Will you protect my privacy?

Yes, your privacy is protected. Your name in relation to our conversations will never be disclosed to others.

Are there certain types of people that you will not accept as clients?

Yes. People who have a serious mental illness should consult a professional psychiatrist who works in that field. Examples include schizophrenia, multiple personality disorder, posttraumatic stress
disorder, bipolar disorder, and severe depression.
Ordinary depression or anxiety issues are fine as long as the client is able to focus on the positive change work being undertaken.

How do I sign up for One-on-one hypnotherapy, the 4 Session Package?

Scroll down to the correct calendar: Session #1- hypnotherapy 1 on 1 (4 session package). Choose an available time and it will prompt you to prepay for the 4 sessions with PayPal or Venmo (the safest way to pay for services online). After payment see upper right for the selected time, click time and Next. A Session #2 calender will open. Repeat the process, click Next and Session #3 opens. Repeat for link to Session #4 calendar.
PayPal or Venmo will email you the receipt. The calendar software will send you confirmations for all four sessions, plus appointment reminders as each session approaches.
It is highly recommended to schedule your four sessions in four consecutive weeks.

Can you guarantee that hypnotherapy will work for me?

Since everyone is different and some people are more receptive to hypnotherapy than others, there can be no guarantees. Hypnosis doesn’t force people to change their negative behavior. If you resist the process, it will not work. You have to want to change before it can be effective. Moreover, you need to put in the work yourself and implement the techniques that are given to you, so that you can overcome negative behaviors that may have plagued you for years or even decades.
Hypnotherapy isn’t a product that you purchase. It is a process that has been extremely effective for millions of motivated people all over the world.

What about cancellations and refunds.

You pay, you play. No cancellations. No refunds. However, you may reschedule an appointment with a 48 hour notice.

How can I pay for the services you offer?

When you book 1-on1 hypnotherapy or the Crush Your Nicotine Cravings webinar on this website’s booking pages, payment will be required to secure your appointment(s). PayPal is the main payment method, which makes the transaction safe and secure. If you have an active Venmo account, PayPal will offer you that payment option as well.
The Free Consultations are obviously free and require no payment nor credit card information.

How should I book my four appointments for the Crush Your Nicotine Cravings 4-week webinar?

Scroll down to the scheduling page for Crush Your Nicotine Cravings. There are three weekly sessions of the webinar currently available: Wednesdays 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Saturdays 11;30 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Clinics are approximately 1 1/2 hours long. You must pay for the Crush Your Nicotine Cravings webinar before it allows you to schedule. PayPal or Venmo (the safest ways to schedule services online) will email you a receipt.
The webinar is designed to be a four-week progression within any given calendar month. In other words, Week #1 will occur in the first week of every month, Week #2 will be in the second week, Week #3 will be in the third week, and the final Week #4 session will be in the fourth week of
any chosen month…
After booking Week #1, confirm your chosen time, then click Next. The link for the Week #2 booking page will appear. (Note-ignore the schedule another event link, as it loops back to the first calendar page.
Click on the Week 2 Crush Your Nicotine Cravings webinar link.) When you see your chosen time appear in the upper right corner, click the time to confirm, then click Next. Repeat this process to schedule Weeks #3 and #4.

Confirmation emails and texts (if you opt-in) will be sent to you for each scheduled session. Also, Session reminders will be sent by email and text as each date approaches.
A final note – these sessions will be held on Signal.  Signal is free and is in the App. Store for both iPhone and Android. It is end-to-end encrypted, private, and secure.. As each session approaches, you will receive a Zoom notification with easy log-in instructions. Classes are limited to 12 people per webinar. This will allow for Q & A time and more personal feedback.

Does the Crush Your Nicotine Cravings webinar work only for cigarette smokers? What about people addicted to other delivery systems for nicotine, such as pipes, cigars, snuff, chewing tobacco, or vapes?

The Crush Your Nicotine Cravings webinar works for all types of nicotine addiction. The common denominator is that no matter what form your addiction takes, the underlying addiction circuits in the brain are fundamentally the same.
